Shipping Information

Deliveries anywhere in Ireland packaging and shippin cost €10.86 (including Northern Ireland), any order over 10kg or with multiple boxes may be subject to increased shipping charges.

We offer free shipping on orders over €100 in Ireland & Northern Ireland(lighter than 10 kg). Change of delivery address may incur further charges.  

We currently use DPD & GLS Couriers, we will select which courier company we use to dispatch your parcel. If you have a preference for which courier we use for your parcel please mention it in the comments box.  Please note that using certain couriers for what are considered oversized parcels may incur an extra surcharge of €15.00.

Orders over 20kg may incur further charges, Orders to Islands will also incur extra shipping charges.

It is important you provide us with the correct Eircode as this is what will be used to direct the courier to your address.

Deliveries will be made Monday - Friday during business hours and will require a signature, Eircode code and contact phone number. 

Our own driver can deliver out of hours in the Co.Louth area, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Please check condition of goods before you receive them and only sign if you are happy that they are not damaged. 

Please note that we ship packages within 7 working days of making the molds. please note that this is not always possible, during busy periods of the year, especially the months of September to December.

You will be provided with a tracking number with which you will be able to track your parcel online for all courier deliveries.

Small Order Shipping Assistance
If you are placing a very small order and find the shipping costs too high, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to find the most suitable and cost-effective shipping method for your needs.

Local Pickup

If you are interested in clicking and shopping, please select Local Pickup from the drop down list.
Once your order has been made and processed, you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for pickup from our store. Please do not arrive until you receive this email.
Collections will be available by prior arrangement of the day and time.
As AK handcraft is online only, pick up will be from your residence. Please note that mold making can take up to 7 business days.

We are happy to inform that our molds are exported to different places of the world! If you want to order a product and you would like to know the shipping cost to your country, please e-mail us at [info@akmolds.com]. If you prefer, we will consult you on the best and cheapest mode of shipping with regards to your location.

Duty/Tax Information

Your merchandise is exported with no any of its kind Irish taxes. However, all merchandise may be liable to duty or other taxes on their entry into your own country of residence. The AKhandcraft does not accept any responsibility for any charges or taxes of importation that may be incurred. Your local post office may also charge you a clearance fee for such dutiable parcel on each of them. In some of the Post Offices, this is reflected as “Additional Postage” or “Postage Due”.
