Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
Under European Union law, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing any reason. This withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized Products: Items that are custom-made according to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized, such as engraved products, custom sizes, or specific color choices.

  • Silicone Molds: Due to hygiene and customization reasons, all silicone molds are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.

3. Reporting Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. To report a defect, please provide clear photographic evidence and a description of the issue via email. We reserve the right to assess the damage before offering a replacement or refund.

4. Exclusions from Refunds & Returns

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

  • If an item has been used in a way that renders it unsellable, a return will not be accepted.

  • Any attempt to return a product that does not meet the eligibility criteria will be declined.

  • If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned, they will be responsible for additional shipping costs for resending the order.

5. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw from a contract, you must inform us via email or written notice, stating your decision to withdraw. A model withdrawal form is provided below for your convenience.

6. Return Process & Costs

  • If a return is approved, items must be sent back within 14 days from the approval date.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

7. Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the returned item does not meet our return policy conditions, no refund will be issued.

  • If eligible, a refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to deduct any diminished value from the refund if the returned item has been used or damaged.

8. Fraud Prevention & Seller Protection
To protect against fraudulent claims:

  • All returns are subject to verification.

  • If discrepancies or fraudulent activities are detected, we reserve the right to refuse returns and block future transactions.

  • We may request additional information, including proof of purchase, packaging evidence, and other necessary details.

  • If a product is returned as "defective" but is found to be in working condition upon inspection, we reserve the right to deny the refund and charge the customer for shipping costs.
